Blog Topic #2: Can I get a resource?

Here is one site that I've used a bit... http://javascript.internet.com/

It has a lot of javascript code that you can copy and paste into your own websites for free. The construction of the site itself is not done the way I would do it. I think the navigation is pretty poor and visually just too busy. BUT it does have a lot of good, usable code!

here's another...http://powerbacks.net/

It has downloadable free clipart. I like the "textures" pieces. I'm always looking for background art and some of these might work.

OK.
One more.
http://www.webmonkey.com/
This site has all kinds of tips, tools and resources for website builders. Whether you are "beginners," "builders," or "masters," you can find skill level-appropriate help here. Navigation is pretty clear and easy, too. The only thing I don't like is the boxed ads and links that muck up the pages.

A useful resource for javascript, but you're right that it's poorly designed. Some of theses sites have so much advertising, its even difficult to separate what is advertising vs. what is site content. Webmonkey and Powerbacks are good additions here to.
